Susan Acciaioli

Susan Acciaioli started her career in the real estate business in Lansing, Michigan in 1982. Prior to joining Lormax Properties in January, 2000, Susan worked for a developer in Phoenix, Arizona from 1983 - 1991 and Talon Development Group from 1991 – 2000. Susan has participated in the growth of the exclusive tenant representation business at Lormax working with various national clients as well as being involved in the leasing of the new retail projects developed by Lormax Stern Development. | Back to Top


Marlette Anquetil

Marlette Anquetil is a retail leasing associate at Lormax Properties LLC. She has been with the company since 1996 and has been a licensed real estate agent since 1998. While specializing in Tenant and Landlord representation, Marlette represents national retailers in site selection throughout the Metropolitan Detroit area. She is also involved in the leasing of the new retail projects developed by Lormax Stern Development Company.

Marlette is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and sits on the board of the Michigan ICSC Next Generation committee. | Back to Top


J.B. Bernard

J. B. Bernard became licensed in Michigan as real estate broker in 1985. Her retail real estate career began at Guida Associates Ltd. in 1988 and continued in1997 with Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc. before joining Lormax Properties, LLC in the spring of 2005. Strong relationships with enclosed and open-air retail tenants, the brokerage community and landlords are the hallmarks of her business representing landlords and tenants in the negotiation of long-term leases.

Active as a chairperson with the Michigan Chapter of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a former board member of Commercial Real Estate Women, J. B. actively participates in the Michigan-based retail real estate community.

She is a native Detroiter and graduate of Oakland University; Rochester, MI with a Bachelors of Arts degree. | Back to Top


Richard Kerwin

Richard Kerwin, a graduate of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business with a Bachelor degree in real estate finance, also studied at the London School of Economics. He interned for a leading CMBS lender on Wall Street, where he acquired the skills of the underwriting aspects of a deal. Richard has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005.

Prior to joining Lormax Properties in 2007, he worked at REDICO primarily focusing on new acquisitions and developments throughout Metro Detroit and several other markets in the country. Richard's experiences include acquisitions and investments, sales and leasing of commercial properties, as well as site selection and tenant representation. His broad client list ranges from local private companies to REITs. Richard is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). | Back to Top


Jack Uhazie

Jack Uhazie has been at Lormax Properties since 1994. A graduate of Michigan State University, Jack’s primary focus has been tenant representation throughout the Midwest as well as the leasing of Lormax Stern Development Companies new projects. Retailers who have utilized Jack exclusively in their expansion plans include Jo Ann Superstores, Guitar Center, Vitamin Shoppe, The Fitness Experience, Dollar Tree, Superstores, Hollywood Entertainment and T-Mobile among others. | Back to Top
